What a novel concept. I am being sincere, I think. Okay we have all had
enough training now. Everyone is instructed to link to a related but
different Internet group, belong to at least two libraries, the book kind,
and volunteer in two community work related organizations. We are going to
stick the training money in the bank and save it for potluck dinners and
picnics. Based on the learning we have experienced so far we are going to
meet regularly to discuss and compare notes on what we have been exposed
to in formal learning processes and what we know about our organization.
No one will be allowed to take any further training unless everyone feels
the information is lacking in our group. The group will pick the most
likely individual(s) to go and the organization will pay all expenses
after discussing whether or not the information is really lacking, that
includes a search of the sources and connections we are all linked to.

Do we have any concensous?
