We are currently embarking on a new project and would like to know of
a dynamic "kick off event" speaker that would address using teams
in a TQM enviroment to capitalize on team learning to reach new
levels of innovation.
If you know of anyone that has addressed the elements noted above
in some integrated way, please let me know. We are examining the
"progression of TQM ===> Learning Organization ===> Innovation.
Of course, some argue that Learning has always been integral to
TQM which seems to me to be accurate, however, its the push to the
next "level" ie. innovation that may be significant for the future
of modern organizations.
Any suggestions or thoughts on this would be appreciated.
