Technical College, Appleton, WI, is sponsoring a one-day seminar for people
interested in learning organizations.

Charlotte Roberts, Innovation Associates, will show how to create learning
organizations.
Bill O'Brian, CEO, Hanover Insurance, will talk about his real live
example of a learning organization.
The seminar will include dialog between presenters and audience.
Some specific topics covered:
--Linkages between quality efforts and learning organizations
--traps and barriers to major cultural change efforts
--construction of an implementation map
