Hello

This is my first call out to the
learning org. list. I am eager to get
feedback, ideas etc. My request is
brief and broad.

Our non-profit,youth-serving
organization is working to put in place
a performance management and
compensation system which supports the
LEARNING ORGANIZATION--which integrates
the values of learning, team-based
performance, shared leadership and
vision, and optimum performance from
all employees.

Any and all suggestions, resources,
case studies, models etc which address
this issue would be greatly
appreciated.
