maybe you can take a look at: Peter Scott-Morgan (ADL), Unwritten
Rules of the Game, McGraw-Hill (1994).
Scott-Morgan is giving a lot of examples plus concrete exercises
and plans on how to uncover assumptions in comapnies. I haven't
worked with it so far, but from what I've read it makes sense.
