This blindness is common to everyone and if you have been through Barker's
material you will appreciate this, If anything, executives may have less
blindness than average BUT the little blindness they DO HAVE is of more
importance than regular people because of its potential impact.

I would propose that a "learning-org" is enabled by a CEO who has overcome
their inherent blindness and understands the need for continuous evolution.
