I am a Research Associate in Design Management. I am interested in the
role of designers in the organisation and how they interact with other
functions. It appears they are often _left alone_ to get on with designing
consequently little notice is taken of all the skills they do have and
the organisation fails to maximise their talents.
My work is concentrated on the textile industry in the UK
