I'm not sure if we're on the same line of thought there, Keith.
I *don't mean* that consensus is boring! especially not if consensus
is achieved in an organization (team, department etc.) where we have
a lot of diversity, in the way people are thinking, behaving ....
I believe this is actually the challenge, to keep the culture as open
as possible *plus* achieving consensus in (at least) important
issues.
