It happened! They did it! I knew Johnny Damon would start hitting again.

There was no traffic on I-495 this morning, nor on Rt. 3.

The line was out the door at Perfecto's coffee shop: everybody bleary eyed in that happy yet stunned way you get when the impossible happens before breakfast. The sullen Yankees fan was not speaking to the other employees.

The Red Sox beat the Yankees in the ALCS in NEW YORK on Mickey Mantle's birthday. Has anybody considered the long term global climate effects of hell freezing over?
