Adopt these cats at Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society

I have less energy than a slug today. I've just sort of fizzled out. Beyond sleeping late and photographing cats I can't seem to make anything happen today.

The big news is someone is adopting both Sandy and Priscilla. The same people want shy, cautious Priscilla and brash outgoing Sandy. Go figure. They met both of them and liked both of them so they know what they are getting into. They're picking them up tomorrow.

Newbies today are Buttons, Cinda, Ellie, Forest and Terra. All adorable. And people seem to be heeding the "no Buddies, Jasmines, or Chloes" rule with some imaginative names. I can't help wondering if Cinda has a sister named 'Rella though : -)

Forest isn't really as mad as he looks. He's missing part of his ear. Kitty Van Gogh?

Terra is a nice earth-tone color to go with his name - so orange he's almost brown.

Ringo rubs against me and purrs to beat the band. He is most definitely not shy anymore. What a love! He's everywhere checking out what's happening, like he's auditioning for head cat once Sandy goes home.

Have I mentioned that I'm tired?
