No speaker brackets

. .
.
I guess the big news is that I didn't mount Anne's speakers on the wall. She had got the right speaker bracket kit, but the screw anchors I got didn't seem up to the task, or else the plaster in her walls was just a little too old. At any rate, after much drilling, climbing, and grunting, the bracket wobbled as soon as I put the first speaker up. It just didn't seem like a good idea to leave it waiting to fall.

I did get the phone wire tacked down with insulated staples so it goes up and over the doorway, halfway around the room, and over to her modem, and I got her window unstuck where we had painted it stuck, so she can close it and keep any potential Floyd-induced rain out of the room.

And, after we got back home, I got half of another shirt cut out of the Marimekko fabric from the Crate & Barrel outlet.
