Dear Carl Ellison,

My name is Cristian Ferreira de Souza and I am a Computer Science M.Sc.
Student at Universidade de Brasilia, Brazil. My field of study is concerned
with SDKI/SDSI Certificates.
I am sending an implementation of the SSL Protocol in Java which supports
SPKI/SDSI Certificates. The implementation corresponds to two packages:
One is responsible for the generation of the SPKI/SDSI Certificates and the
other one is the implementation of the SSL Protocol that utilizes the
SPKI/SDSI Certificates.
If you wish to make this file available for download, so that other
interested people may take advantages, I will be grateful.

I tried to send the implementation by email but your mail server returned my
email with the following message: "Message size exceeds fixed maximum
message size (3000000))".
Due to this problem, I decided to send two emails, each of them with a zip
file. Please insert the content of the second(java_ssl_spki_sdsi2.zip) file
into the first(java_ssl_spki_sdsi1.zip), and then rename the remaining file
to java_ssl_spki_sdsi.zip. Thanks.
