neighborhoods.net is a collaborative effort of community Webmasters in eastern Massachusetts. Through
this gateway, we hope to provide a convenient way for users to quickly find information about the area's communities and diverse resources and history. In coming weeks, link to this site for featured sites and topics, from history to First Night activities. If there are any particular Web-based resources in the Boston area you'd like to see, please let us know! As a cooperative venture, we also hope to share resources to create even better Web sites for the communities we serve and to make it easier for residents and visitors to find our sites. Our goal is to support community Web sites with resources that range from a gateway with an easy-to-remember URL (i.e., this one) to shared server and HTML tools.
